Had a comfortable stay with the UP Train service to downtown. We had a wheelchair accessible room with a double bed, which was important.- The location turned out to be great, adjacent to the airport.- The lobby restaurant and good bar were enjoyable.

The staff here is exceptional, efficient, and caters to all guests' needs; the location is ideal; and the food is top-notch.

The room has two comfortable queen size beds and could be enhanced with additional amenities.

Spent here 1 really special days and would have extended the stay. I came here with my daughter. My hotel was in a favourable and perfect location close to terminal three. What's more, it was adjacent to the Lounge / Restaurant as well as Toronto for the night:)))

Double room had upgrades, it was impressive and comfy.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met the needs, recommend it. Everything was excellent from stuff, who were really wonderful, to the magnificent location. I was there for 1 night and ate at lobby restaurant for dinner. It had things I needed, including a coffee/tea maker, a work desk and a TV set. The service offered was exceptional.

The stated free airport shuttle was insufficient. Which leads me to say. There are four Four Points that offer a hotel shuttle from Toronto Airport - all with the same pickup point. Unfortunately, it is difficult to differentiate which one goes to the right hotel. The information about the airport shuttle is insufficient and misleading. For example, the booking confirmation stated that the hotel should be informed about the desired transfer upon arrival at the airport. The hotline of the hotel only plays a recorded announcement. This is inaccurate with regard to the pick-up time. Unfortunately the tape also says that the hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance. This is only true from terminal 3. Terminal 1 is too far away. Furthermore, a transfer would take place every 30 minutes. Departure from the hotel is always 30 minutes and on the hour. There was no information about when the shuttle to Terminal 1 is. In any case we waited longer than 30 minutes.

This place is modern and fairly clean, with superbly friendly and fairly friendly staff offering great service and being very accommodating.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. At our request we were able to use our hotel room for another two hours beyond the normal checkout time. Without surcharge, that was very, very nice! The room was comfortable and very clean. The location near the airport is very good also because of the short ways to the car rental/return! For this central location there was hardly any traffic noise. The restaurant is loud as in our experience all over Canada but the food was good and the service was incredibly friendly despite considerable stress. And the breakfast was rich (hot and cold) and very tasty! And the best: you can stay until 11 o'clock (!) have breakfast! You don't find that everywhere in Canada. We can unreservedly recommend this hotel as the starting point/end of a round trip through Canada.

Easy to get to with the free shuttle bus from the airport. This was great because we had to be at the airport at 5am!

The pool was really cold.

The room are old. Bathroom very small. Smees that the hotel is becomming old without any changes.
